The following terms used in this document carry the meanings set out below:

• "getbet" — The company operating this platform and its affiliated entities.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the getbet platform.

Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on getbet, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration Process and One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is a violation of policy and may result in all associated accounts being closed. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Transferring or sharing an account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

getbet may verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require a copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on getbet is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

getbet reserves the right to decline any deposit and investigate an account if there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or use of illegal funds.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds are sent via the applicable payment method after the withdrawal request has been verified.

A user must have completed KYC verification before requesting a withdrawal. It is recommended to request a withdrawal through the same method used for the deposit.

Currency and Tax

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for paying any applicable government taxes or duties. getbet does not provide tax advice.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 will add a ৳10,000 bonus bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply to one account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• getbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If the conditions of a promotional offer are not met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses will not be active at the same time — unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Attempting to claim bonuses in a fraudulent manner may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

VIP and Cashback Program

getbet has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% respectively. Users may be promoted to a higher tier based on their consistency and activity on the platform. Cashback is paid at a set time each week and wagering conditions may apply.

Game and Betting Terms

getbet offers games across cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and more. Each game or betting event may have its own applicable rules. Betting and game results are final and cannot be changed except in the case of a technical error.

Technical Issues

getbet will not be held responsible for internet disconnection, server issues or other technical faults. In such cases, getbet will determine the game result according to its own records. In the event of any dispute, getbet's server logs will be treated as conclusive evidence.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation or attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Strategically abusing the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or hack getbet's systems.

If such activity is found, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

getbet's Liability

getbet strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, getbet will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Internet disconnection or failure of third-party services.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Unauthorised use of an account through a breach of security measures.
• Circumstances beyond getbet's control (force majeure).

Right to Modify Services

getbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service, game, offer or feature on the platform at any time and without prior notice. getbet will not be liable for any loss suffered by the user as a result of such changes.
